Every effort is being made to pair site visits with library conferences to assist in minimizing travel expenses for participants. Instruction hours will be offered in conjunction with site visits as well as online. The full instructional schedule will be provided after registration. The preliminary schedule has been established:

• October 14–15, 2014 – Edmonton Public Library
• January 26–27, 2015 – Brampton Public Library site visit in conjunction with OLA Super Conference
• April 2015 – Vancouver Public Library and other area libraries
• June 2–3, 2015 – Ottawa Public Library in conjunction with CLA Conference
• Fall 2015 – Cuyahoga County
• Winter 2016 – GTA area library in conjunction with OLA Super Conference
