- January 2017 – GTA area site visit in conjunction with OLA Super Conference
- Spring 2017 – Edmonton with invited content from Wood Buffalo and Calgary
- June 2017 – Chicago with ALA
- Fall 2017 – Lower Mainland BC
- January 2018 – GTA area site visit in conjunction with OLA Super Conference
